One thing I do like to do is to set targets for myself after each kilometre. This ensures that I maintain a relentless tempo throughout the workout and don’t grow to be lazy at any level. I also wish to steadily improve the strain within the last 5 kilometres, whilst still attempting to beat a certain time for every kilometre coated.
